“The Skiddaw Hotel feels like a genuine Keswick discovery, particularly its welcoming bar and conservatory that open onto the vibrant town square. My stay revealed rooms that are both comfortable and well-appointed, and while the exterior might not immediately captivate, the interior certainly does, especially when it comes to the food - the dining experience, from breakfast to dinner, consistently impressed with imaginative, delicious dishes. It's this thoughtful approach to comfort and cuisine, coupled with a truly central location, that makes the Skiddaw a place I'd readily return to.”
